We have been active in the Amazon FBA sector for over 5 years and are among the TOP-600 Amazon shops in Germany. We process over 300,000 orders annually through Amazon and are continuously growing. Our vision: to take e-commerce in Germany to the next level!

In addition to the traditional trade with products of our own brands, we also advise founders as well as small and medium-sized enterprises on how to tap into online trading via Amazon.

We are looking for a full-time office management assistant (m/f/d) to  support the founders with administrative work, communication with customers and interested parties and the organisation of everyday office life. 

Your activities will focus on the following:

Carrying out classic commercial-administrative and organisational tasks: e.g. processing orders, creating invoices, monitoring payments, monitoring stocks, recording receipts, etc.
Taking on secretarial and assistant duties
Organisation of everyday office life
Calculating products, margins and sales prices
Telephone and written contact with interested parties and customers
Coordination with various external partners

Job requirements:

Completed vocational training in the commercial field, professional experience in the back office or completed studies in the field of business administration.
The ability to follow existing processes but also to implement tasks independently and to solve problems independently
Quick comprehension and high discipline
Positive attitude, enjoyment of work and ability to work in a team
Clean and faultless expression in German (spoken and written)
Strong communication skills
